Paid Search Specialist
We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll develop and execute paid search strategies across platforms like Google and Bing, working closely with Performance Managers to meet client goals. You'll be responsible for campaign execution, budget management, performance tracking, A/B testing, and providing actionable insights to optimise results. We currently have two Paid Search managers, but we are looking forward to welcome a third expert!

ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Budget Management
- - Implement paid search campaigns across platforms like Google and Bing, optimising ad set-ups and audience targeting.
- - Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and adherence to client budgets.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- - Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs.
- - Conduct A/B testing and develop audience segmentation strategies for continuous campaign optimization.
- Strategy Development
- - Collaborate with Performance Managers and Digital Strategists to align on business objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals.
- - Develop tailored paid search strategies to meet client needs.
- Industry Trends & Client Collaboration
- - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices.
- - Collaborate with the measurement team and clients to report on campaign performance and align on goals

Your Background
- - 2 years + of managing Paid Search campaigns
- - In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Merchant Center
- - Proficient in Google Ads Editor, script automation & feed optimisation tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
- - Knowledge in Google Tag Manager and Shopify is a bonus
- - Comfort in using and managing data inside Excel or Google Sheets
- - Experience in managing and building the media strategy, including the budgets allocation to objectives and channels
- - Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- - Ability to think and solve problems creatively
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- - Love eCommerce and love working with emerging direct-to-consumer brands
- - You are based in Sydney and have Australian working rights.
