THE CHALLENGE
A single-hero-product business concentrates everything on one conversion path. When the whole account resolves to one product page, every soft creative, every mispriced auction and every leak in the funnel lands in the same place, and there is no long tail of SKUs to hide it. The economics have to be right on the hero, every week.
The growth brief added two harder problems: take a brand built in Australia into the US and the UK, where nobody has heard of it yet, and grow order value beyond a single product by attaching a widening family of mealtime accessories. Parents research before they buy, so the funnel has to educate as well as convert.
Elephant Room has been an incredible digital marketing partner in Catchy's international journey. While we initially had concerns about managing this all from Australia, they've given us the confidence to operate our markets centrally.

THE APPROACH
How the engagement was structured.
Meta is the demand engine. The product demonstrates brilliantly, so creative leans into the before-and-after of mealtime mess, the fit with the high chairs parents already own, and the voice of the parents who use it. That gives the algorithm something to learn against and gives a research-minded buyer the proof they need in feed.
Google runs as the capture layer underneath: brand terms defended, category and chair-specific searches covered, and shopping surfaces kept clean so the demand Meta creates converts wherever it lands. Each market runs with its own measurement, so Australia, the US and the UK are read on their own economics rather than a blended average.
The catalogue has roles. The hero product recruits the customer; the accessory range deepens the basket and gives an existing customer a reason to come back. As the range grows, paid support follows the same logic: win the household with the hero, then grow the household's value.

THE OUTCOME
Spend has scaled month on month through the first half of 2026 while blended efficiency held, which is the test that matters when growth is the brief. The US and the UK now trade alongside Australia rather than behind it, and TikTok joined the mix mid-year as a third channel.
The programme is still compounding: a hero product with proven economics, an accessory ecosystem attaching behind it, and three markets running on their own numbers with one operating rhythm across them.
